Bush Tomato and Basil Chutney is a full bodied chutney, made from Bush Tomatoes that grow in Australia’s arid centre, with the added sweetness of Basil. It is perfect accompaniment for braised dishes such as lamb shanks, char grilled and BBQ meats-especially beef and kangaroo.
Fabulous with sharp cheeses such as aged cheddar, goats or grilled sheep cheese.
