Wild Rosella Jam is a tart jam made from the Wild Rosella Fruit found growing wild in the far North Tropics of Queensland. Use as a condiment in place of traditional jams and conserves.
Ideal added to demi glaze. Marinate lamb rumps with Wild Rosella Jam, Balsamic vinegar, red wine and a dash of garlic and bake.
