Wild Herb Spiced Chicken Wings

A super quick recipe to make the best tasting chicken wings ever ! A big claim but we are confident you will love these scrumptious Wild Heb Spiced Chicken Wings as much as we do. Our Wild Herb Chicken Spiced Rub does all the work - just shake and bake, or BBQ, or Air Fry!

For 10 wings

10 chicken wings

1 tablespoon Wild Herb Chicken Spiced Rub

Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 200 degrees C.

Line a baking tray or dish with baker's paper.

Remove the chicken wings from the tray and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Place the wings in a large resealable bag together with 1 tablespoon of Wild Herbed Chicken Spiced Rub, reseal and shake to coat.

Once the wings are fully coated with the Spiced Rub, place them in the fridge for an hour for the best result (these wings may be prepared to this point up to 24 hours before cooking)

Arrange chicken wings on the baking tray or dish and cook chicken wings in the preheated oven for half an hour.

Turn the wings over, reduce heat to 180C and continue to cook until the wings are until crispy golden brown and cooked through, about a further 20 -30 minutes

If you can plate them before the maurauding hungry hordes eat them straight from the tray we recommend serving them a dipping bowl of Chilli Ginger Wild Lime Sauce (mild) or our Peri Peri Wild Lime Sauce for a chilli rush (hot).
